Frank Suriano wants this website to be usable by every visitor, including people who use assistive technologies or need information in another format. Accessibility is treated as ongoing maintenance, not a one-time checklist.
Standard
The site aims to follow WCAG 2.1 AA where practical, including readable contrast, keyboard access, clear focus states, semantic structure, and useful alternative text for meaningful images. Some third-party embeds, listing media, maps, or documents may be outside Frank's direct control.
Feedback
If something on the site is hard to access, email frank@franksuriano.com with the page URL, a short description of the issue, and the browser, device, or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Frank will review the issue and work to provide the information or fix the problem promptly.
Alternative access
If an accessibility issue prevents you from reading property information, submitting an inquiry, or using a service on this site, Frank will provide the relevant information through another reasonable channel while the issue is reviewed.
How requests are handled
Website access matters because real estate decisions often happen quickly. If a page, form, image, document, or interactive element is difficult to use, the fastest path is to send the page URL and a short note about what happened. The issue will be reviewed directly, with priority given to anything that blocks contact, property review, or access to required notices.
Alternate formats are available when the site itself is not the best way to share information. That can include plain-text notes, email summaries, direct conversation, or another reasonable format for reviewing a listing, policy, process, or market question.
